When you receive the original shipment, please save the invoice, packaging, manuals, box, bags, products and accessories.
Customers have 14 days from the day of delivery to return merchandise for a refund or exchange
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or if there was an error processing your order.
To return your purchase for Exchange or Refund, please follow the steps below:
• All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization Number”. We cannot accept returned products without this number. To receive this number , please contact to our customer service and provide the next information: -order number -Product being returned -quantity -Written reason for the return
• Products must be unused and with original packaging. They must be returned in the original condition it was sold including the box and all supporting and protective parts. If you do not have the box or it is damaged, please notify to our customer service.
• We are not responsible for lost or damage return shipments.
• Returns will be processed after we have inspected items and declare they are in original condition
• NSP reserves the right to approve or refuse all returns.
If you receive a product that is damaged by shipping, please initiate a return authorization request within 5 business days after receipt of the package. Do not throw away or alter any of the product and packaging, it must be in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded.
